When and where is the music festival taking place?The festival and activities will be taking place throughout Burlington’s Downtown core from 11am-11pm on Saturday June 15th 2024. This is a Rain or Shine event.

Is the festival open to all ages or are there any age restrictions?The festival is open to all ages, although certain areas may read PG-13.

What activities are available in the kids zone and what is the age range for participation?The kids zone offers a range of activities such as a double dutch, bouncy houses, face painting and more. The age range for participation typically varies from the little people to young adults.

What food options will be available at the festival, and will there be any vegan/vegetarian options?We are pleased to provide free food options at the festival. There will be plenty of Vegan/ Vegetarian options available.

What kind of merchandise will be available for purchase at the vendor market?The vendor market offers a diverse range of merchandise that celebrate the festival spirit. You can explore the market during the festival to discover unique products from various vendors.

Can I bring my camera or recording equipment to the festival?Yes, you are generally allowed to bring personal cameras and recording equipment to capture your festival experience. However, professional photography or filming may require prior authorization. Please contact us for more information on guidelines.

Is there parking available? If so, what are the details?Visit Park Burlington’s interactive parking guide for a full list of parking options, including information about rates and handicapped parking. Burlington municipal garages are Marketplace Garage (entrances at 147 Cherry St. and Bank St.), College Street Garage (entrances at 60 College St. and Battery St.), and Lakeview Garage (41 Cherry St.). The first two hours are free at the Lakeview Garage and the College Street Garage.

Are there any volunteer opportunities available for individuals who wish to contribute?The REIB department is looking for volunteers to help with the 4th annual Juneteenth 2024 celebration! Juneteenth is a national holiday that has also been referred to as Freedom day that marks the end of slavery and honors Black American history and contributions to our nation. We are seeking volunteers for June 14 and 15, 2024, and would greatly appreciate your help. Please complete REIB volunteer registration form by June 3rd if you are interested in joining us.

Comments that applaud or endorse violent or criminal organizations are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards content that promotes violence or spreads hatred against individuals or groups based on their age, race, gender, sexuality, or religion. Stereotypes and slurs are recognized as hate speech and will be reported accordingly. Our aim is to foster an inclusive and secure environment. Thus, any comments or behavior intended to harass, bully, or threaten others are strictly prohibited. However, we encourage open dialogue and respect differing opinions, even if they may differ from our own beliefs. Together, we strive to create a community that upholds the principles and values celebrated during Juneteenth.
